Sometimes you need to return a product to us. Perhaps the the product is defective, you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have just changed your mind.
In addition to this policy you have all statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Defective & Incorrect Products – Framed & Printed Images
If a print is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, credit or a refund. We will pay all freight charges so you are not out of pocket. If an incorrect item is sent to you then we will request that it is returned to us in its original condition.
If you have received your product and have simply changed your mind, we are not unable to offer you a refund or credit. Please choose your images carefully at the time of purchase and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
